30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Undamaged goods can be refunded within 30 days after receiving the goods. Once the returned items are returned to MEDSPALINE's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.

The item must include the original packaging, including all accessories

For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs, and MEDSPALINE refunds the cost of the product itself

If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be rejected

For products that exceed this 30-day window, refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed. For purchases not made directly through the MEDSPALINE online store, please contact the retailer for a refund.

If the return request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refund (if applicable)

You will not be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time of your replacement product may vary.

If you ship more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customers must submit an application by email or phone within 30 days after receiving the goods.

If you need to return or exchange the goods, the ordering person, including local and overseas customers, must pay the postage related to the replacement of the goods.

Relevant gifts must be returned when returning the goods.

Clearance products, redemption products and gifts are not accepted for return applications. The 30-day product return guarantee is only applicable to online shopping.
